What we are looking for– what we’re not looking for First of all we are looking for people that are ready to live a radical life for Jesus. If you are uncomfortable with adventure and don’t really like new things, you need not apply. We are looking for people who are excited about working full-time within a church and feel that burden to share Jesus with the lost. It is not important whether you are an extrovert or an introvert, male or female, married or single, what matters is that you are up for what God is calling you to do. We like degrees and ministry experience but what is more important is a commitment to seeking God with your whole heart and mind. It is important that you are able to work well with others and realize that there is not just one way to do things. We think transformation is a continual process, so if you think you’ve got all the answers, maybe this isn’t the team for you. However, if you believe that God continues to mold and shape us individually and as a body, we would really like to talk more with you. We seek to be a church leadership that is transparent about who we really are (flawed humans), and centering ourselves in the strength and wisdom of the one true God.
